Really enjoyed our 2 nights here. Our rooms were well-appointed with large tv. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, very close to Kelso with Janet, the centre of Kelso and the hill.

The Premier Room was a great spot for exploring the beautiful town of Kelso. A pleasant 10-15 minute walk took me to the lovely town center, where I enjoyed visiting local sites like Floors Castle. The accommodation was well-maintained, and I appreciated the separate building where meals could be enjoyed or just a quiet space to relax. Allan and Janet were wonderful hosts, making the experience even better with their attentiveness.

The Premier Room was clean as new with a cozy bed, and I appreciated the separate entrance with a touch of privacy. Breakfast was good with plenty of options like fresh fruit and pastries. The hosts, Allan and Janet, were attentive and cute.

The premier room was fantastic! The hosts were super friendly. Everything was sosuper clean and cozy. We loved having breakfast in the cozy games room with plenty of options available. It's in a quiet residential area just outside the town center, perfect for us. Parking right at the front door was a big plus!

The five days spent here were absolutely exceptional. I loved the convenient location close to the town center. Janet and Allan, the hosts, were fantastic and made my stay even better. It was great being close to both the town center and the beautiful surroundings 🌟.
